I have a monster list of conditional formats on a range in Calc, it works correctly, but when I go to manage/edit, only the last two conditional formulae show up in the list.

May I suppose, it’s a list of conditions belonging to one CF?
Just to be sure: You already tried to upsize the dialog’s height. You already tried to use the scrollbar at the right side of the dialog window.
What else did you already try? What additional symptoms of the issue are experienced?
