OSX Maverick "unidentified developer"

once installing the lastest libreoffice.org/home/dl/mac-x86/4.1.4/fr/LibreOffice_4.1.4_MacOS_x86
On the latest Mac OSX 10.9.1 I try to install the french language pack, but got this message from the operating system

“Impossible d’ouvrir « LibreOffice Language Pack.app », car cette app provient d’un développeur non identifié.”

« LibreOffice Language Pack.app » est sur l’image disque « LibreOffice_4.1.4_MacOS_x86_langpack_fr (1).dmg ». Google Chrome.app a téléchargé cette image disque aujourd’hui à 20:00 à partir de donate.libreoffice.org"

Rough tranlation :

unable to install because this app come from an unidentified developer

LibreOffice Language Pack.app » is a disk image « LibreOffice_4.1.4_MacOS_x86_langpack_fr (1).dmg ». Google Chrome.app haD downloaded this disque image today at 20:00 from donate.libreoffice.org"

Have you tried right-clicking the app, and then choosing ‘Open’ (or ‘Ouvrir’)? That is the basic small step to open apps from unidentified developers introduced with OSX 10.7 or 10.8. If that doesn’t help, setting the security option in the system preferences for allowed software to “all sources (App Store, identified developers and unidentified developers)” should do the trick.

locate the app you want to open. Press the Control key, then click the app icon. Choose Open from the shortcut menu.
