When I download from email to Libre office draw it turns dark. I tried it with my other laptop and it works perfectly well so it has something to do with my laptop but I don’t know the solution. Attached is what it looks like. If anyone knows what might be happening, please help.

Does it still do it if you save the attachment to file first and then open or insert the file from Draw? This will remove the email programme from the issue.
It might be related to a setting in your operating system (not mentioned) or to your email programme (not mentioned)
Yes, it does it when I save the attachment. Like I said, it does not do it on my other laptop so it has to be something with the Libre office draw on this laptop. I have widows 10 on both laptops.
Could it be to do with file association set to Photos? See this question on MS forum.
The file associations settings are in Start Menu Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Then select either Choose default applications by file type or Set defaults by app. By app is often easier.
