In the updated version, the useful batch function “Join paragraphs non separated by empty paragraphs” now seems to join paragraphs that ARE separated by empty paragraphs - making it pretty much useless to me.
Note that reporting a bug for an extension can sometimes be a dead end as they are third-party developed products. Discussions about how to better manage these types of bug reports are ongoing in the QA team. It may be more effective to contact the developer directly, which according to the help page appears to be Tomáš Bílek, although I can’t find a contact for him. This aspect of the Extensions site really needs improving. Those wanting to publish an extension should be publicly visible and readily contactable.
Thanks. I looked at the batch code for the extension and edited a ‘cludgy’ work-around that does what I want.
