Have explored many avenues and consistently return to 'Error saving the document. Wrong parameter. The operation was started under an invalid parameter'. Same result with OTH file format....all clues gratefully appreciated before resorting to Calibre.

Export (Menu => File => Export…) the page to OpenOffice.org 1.0 Text Document (Writer / Web) (.sxw), and from there to .epub.
I did it with this question page and converted without hassle ... although the result was disappointing:

Thank you gabix. Quandry is that LibreOffice saved the file (not me) and thet file Exports and Exports Directly perfectly to PDF without any hitch. I will get there one way or the other, but this kind of experience is a good indicator to me of the effectiveness/ineffectiveness of the Application ?
