Are you expecting an advice on “Which LibreOffice should I use”, or are you asking “How do I find out, which version is installed on my system?”
What is this nonsense supposed to mean?
In Writer click on Help > About LibreOffice and you can see what version you are using. It also lists info about your system.
If you need to copy the information just click on the icon next to the heading “Version Information”. In older versions you can select the text and copy it.
