Draw & SVG Layout and Guidelines cannot be avoided

I keep getting Layout & Guideline layers to show when I export to SVG from LO Draw 6.4.7.2 (x64) on Windows.
Layout and Guideline layers are untagged in alle 3 positions (visibility, writability and editability).
I have saved odg-files, restarted draw, restarted PC, deleted all svg-attempts and I am stil getting both Layout and Guidelines in the SVG file. What can I have done wrong here?

As a workaround:

Instead of Layout (that can’t be renamed/deleted), add and use another layer. Before exporting to SVG, save the document and delete these unwanted layers.

See About Layers in LibreOffice Help.

Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2/7.1.1.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
