Yes, it can be done. But that shouldn’t be done. Calc is good at calculating formulas, quickly processing large amounts of data, building graphs … Making an organizer out of it is at least wasteful. Moreover, there are many, many ready-made programs that do your task well. It seems like one of them is even built into your operating system.
