Password Protected Forms

I have developed a form. I want to password protect the body of the form. I want people to be able to use the form and fill out the spaces but not be able to change the form

Hi,

if the form was made in Writer:

1. go to the File menu
2. chose Property
3. check the box in front of Open as Read-Only
