Download Fail on Libre Office 7.0.5

When I click the link to download LO 7.0.5 Win_x64 the dialog box opens that says, You have chosen to open LO 7.0.5 win x54.msi etc. Would you like to save this file? Then in just a few seconds a second error box opens saying, Opening LO 7.0.5 win x64.msi with the line below
C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Local\Temp\9QhXZ3zz.msi.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later or contact the server administrator.

Of course, the name of the Temp file changes with every attempt to download and the Temp file is deleted as soon as I click OK in the error box. The same thing occurs when I try to download an older version of Libre Office. I have downloaded updates for Inkscape, GIMP and Scribus and they all place a .part file in the download folder during the download and complete the download. I am using Windows 10 20H2
I don’t know why I can’t download LO or what I should do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Dave

Try again later. Obviously the download server is not responding for some reason and will be up and running again once sorted out. The mirror list is down too so patience is needed. Cheers, Al

Or open a mirror directly. If you have a list of previous downloads saved in your browser, see the respective link.

Here’s my favorite, it’s the fastest for me: Index of /pub/tdf/libreoffice/stable/

@DaveE Download site is up and running, apparently since 2 hours ago if you haven’t already downloaded. Cheers, Al

Thank you, kind sir, for your gentle reply. I don’t know much about solving computer problems. I completely misunderstood the information in the error box. I thought it meant my computer could not read the .part file. I had recently updated to win10 20H2 and thought it had messed up the file associations or something. After hours of trying to “fix” my computer, I posted here. Your reply answered my question and was, of course, correct. Everything is working fine today. Thank you again for your help and for not pointing out how dumb I am. That fact is also obvious. Dave

First of all it’s not dumb. You weren’t the only person who misunderstood the message. Secondly we all have moments where we don’t recognise what’s in front of us, often because we’re expecting something different. Asking for help is an intelligent response.

I hope it all went well with installation. Cheers, Al
