I need to be able to read a file with the vzm extension.
How can I convert this to eliminate all the coding embedded in the document so there is just plain text?

It seems that renaming it would do the trick: VZM File Extension - What is a .vzm file and how do I open it?
If it opens in a web browser (or even in LO), then copy the text and paste it as unformatted text in a new document.
