how can I repair a .docx file?

When I try to open the file I´m a working on at the moment, I get the following message:

An error occurred during opening the file. This may be caused by incorrect file contents. The error details are:
SAXException:No input source
Proceeding with import may cause data loss or corruption, and application may become unstable or crash.

I ignored the message and tried to open the file, to see that what I had written this morning had disappeared.

If I do not ignore the message and push on the “no” button, the following message appear:

File format error found at
SAXParseException: “No input source”
SAXParseException: ‘[word/header35.xml line 2]: unknown error’, Stream ‘word/header35.xml’, Line 2, Column 29351
SAXParseException: ‘[word/document.xml line 20]: unknown error’, Stream ‘word/document.xml’, Line 20, Column 598131(row,col).

Is there a way the file could be repaired?

yes, possibly - put SAXParseException into the “Search or as you question” of this site and find plenty of questions (and answers) to this problem or upload your corrupted file so someone could investigate (and may be fixing it).

You could upload to some network storage such as google drive etc. and share the file for public download.
