0 Start screen size affects Writer document window size? [closed]

System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit Libre Office version:

In previous versions (4.1 I think?) start screen was different looking screen.

Now when I click a previous writer document in start screen, or select to create a new writer document, the document window will open with the same size as the start screen is. This is annoying, start screen should IMO be small, and document view/window should remember it's size from previous session, now I have to resize the window every time I open a writer document.

Visuals: BTW I think older start screen looked a lot better, there is nothing wrong in replacing something old with new, but the design of new screen is not very professional looking, now there is Libre Office green color on the left, and document icons are big and ugly, not very easy on the eyes.

If you click on the document directly (not in the start screen), writer remembers the last used size of your document. I think this is a bug (Unwanted behavior). I've filed a bugreport at
