win xp pro gets “halfway” thru export, crashes. English.
Does Writer crashes in all documents or only on one? If there is one single document that is having problem in export then it may be a bug. If all of documents are crashing then it may be something wrong with your install. What is you operating system name and version?
I am using the same LibO version on Windows XP/SP3 English and it works fine in my case.
I would first try to create a new user profile

and there look for: Resolving corruption in the user profile
If this doesn’t help I would
make a new download from: http://www.libreoffice.org/
- try to repair the installation
if not successful - uninstall all components including the user profile (you can also back it up with a different name)
- install LibO again.
I am using Win XP; in other OS’s it might be slightly different
If not successful at all please explain in detail your system and versions and what you did before LibO crashes.
