Hi, I'm using libreoffice 4.1.3.2. On Writer, I set up automatic captions so that, whenever I insert an image, a caption is added automatically and it starts with "Image #", where # stands for the image number, which is added automatically and updated as new images are added to the document (i.e. new images get sequential numbers, and numbering uptades if I add an image before another or in between two).

I noticed that the auto-numbering of my images restarts after every Level 1 heading (or title, as you prefer). I don't tink I set up fancy settings for these headings: whenever I want to start a new chapter I just apply "Title 1" as the style for my title.

How can I force the numbering on the images not to restart after each heading?

For clarity, here's what I have:

Chapter 1 (Style: Title 1)

Image1

Image2

Image3

...

Chapter 2 (Style: Title 1)

Image1

Image2

Image3

....

Here's what I want:

Chapter 1 (Style: Title 1)

Image1

Image2

Image3

Chapter 2 (Style: Title 1)

Image4

Image5

Image6

....

Please help me!
