I updated from previous LibraOffice to LibraOffice 7.1 and now it does not open When I try to open it all I get is a notice it is not compatible with windows 8. I have never had windows 8. I have windows 10. How can I get it to open?
If LO thinks you have Windows 8, then is your Windows 10 installation up-to-date? See Microsoft Store not compatible also LibraOffice system requirement Windows 10 version 10240.0 or higher
In Writer or Calc click Help > About LibreOffice, in the dialog that opens click the icon immediately after Version information to copy details to clipboard, then click edit just below your question above and paste the data at the bottom of your question.
