Sorry I am new to twitter, the question says it all.
It’s all in here
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/
It’s a bug on the new web site that causes the offline Help file not to be suggested to English US users…

Thanks, that is exactly what I needed.
Please be aware that this is not twitter but the Ask LibreOffice support site.
You can download the help file from here

or here:

You also can download the entire documentation of LibO here:

@ROSt53, you are wrong. The link for the help file is not available for English US users. If it is showing on your system it’s because you are on a ENG GB or other language (the download page doesn’t even say which version you are getting!!!)
@Pedro1 - Thanks for this information and correction. I was already wondering why I don’ t get the Japanese version directly anymore. (I am living in Tokyo) but only the English version. However, the link for Help (at my PC) leads to the Japanese version.
@FredWilson - Sorry for the wrong link!!! Please make sure you select the right language.
All my Google searches lead me to the …/fresh page and into an endless cycle of clicks. I went to the link that Pedro provided and all is well. Glad to know it is a bug in the web site and not just my dying brain cells.
