Are you really asking about LibreOffice database module Base (according you tag base) or are you asking a common question (may be writer related question).

Please provide also:
- Your LirbreOffice version
- Your operating system
- Your printer device / model
Generally: If your printer is defined within your operating system, then it should be available in File -> Print dialog (Required printer setup through spadmin [iirc then name] tool is long time ago).
