Changing Default Setting Without Using Ui

Hi everyone. I need some help. I manage hundreds of linux clients and i need to make change all of them. How can i change default print page size without using ui?

I am trying to change “Page Size” from file > printer settings without using ui.

I tried use template but saved files become a problem.

You are aware that you might talk about different settings, as there is a default printer paper size (driver setting of the printer), a “Default Paper Size” in the printer dialog and "Default Page size* within the Default Page Style (+ any settings in templates your clients use). So it is not really clear what you want t change.

Thanks for your comment. I am trying to change “Page Size” from file > printer settings.

I think this setting comes from the OS configuration. You should look at how the printers are created. Under Linux, the usual manager is CUPS.

From what I see on my machine, a printer definition includes a default page size.

Of course, this printer size must be consistent with LO page size if you force it through a modified default template.
