I have latest release 4.2.2, PL version. Windows 7, PL, 64 bit. I'm trying to select two (or more) objects in Draw but not with the mouse (draw range - impossible in that situation on the screen) but with the keyboard using (as is on the other similiar programs) CTR + mouse click. And it does not work. Only shift click is working, but that is not what I want.

In writer ctrl + mouse selection on text works ok, as expected.

What is bad with Shift+click?

To add to what @Regina has stated, the current behaviour is consistent with Inkscape.

For instance, I want to select all arrows in my graphics - using shift+click will select all objects in between the arrows I have clicked, too. How to avoid this?
