How to get installation wizard to install in english? I am estonian, but I hate software in other languages. I feel more comfortable in english and I understand computer this way much better. Is there some simple way or I have to change my country and locale settings or dig into some command line stuff. It would be much more user friendly if Installer would ask me in what language I want to go on.

I have the same problem. No, it's not duplicate and you never did answer to this question. How can I force the installer to start in english? Why it ignores my windows language settings and does some random bullshit with languages?

You can change UI language to one of the English in Menu/Tools/Options/Language settings /Languages -Language of user interface.
