All fonts are very blurry for me on OS X 10.9.2. It’s extra bad on my Retina display, but it’s still not as clear as Safari on an external monitor (regular resolution).

This may be the same (or similar) issue to that raised in this question. Bug fdo#61932 is the related report, but it was closed due to lack of response from the original reporter. There are many font-related bug reports for MacOS, many in NEEDINFO status, but none other than the one indicated that appear to relate to this issue of blurry rendering.
