Spell check only works for admin account windows not network user accounts [closed]

In our environment we have several Windows 7 servers that the students and staff access via RDP. When the local Windows 7 admin account is logged in spell check works fine. When domain user is logged in spell does not work at all. How can I fix this.

How was your LibreOffice install achieved? Are you using any specific spell-checking extensions (for other languages) or the default English spell-checking facility?
