I have a custom form that I created in writer using 4.25 wide by 11 long. if I print preview the whole form shows up. when I go to the print screen it shows a 9" long form, subsequently the last 2 inches of the form are cut off. when sending to the oki b721 laser it asks for a number 10 envelope to be loaded into the mp tray, which is close to my form size. i’m running version 4.2.4 and win7 pro all in US English.
It seems you formatted your Writer file to 4.25" x 11" . What are your printer settings? Your printer setting must match your Writer file settings. If your printer cannot be set to 4.25" x 11", you need to adjust your format setting in Writer to what the printer can do.
If this is not the answer please provide exact information on which steps you did to get which settings.
