Is there a way to do this? I am running Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 x64 but I couldn't find a related process hence couldn't add it to autostart. What would be the command for it?

Doesn't this work for you? Tools → Settings → Memory → Autostarter enabled in system tray

If it doesn't then the command is: libreoffice --quickstart

Everything working and the command is just what I needed in the unlikely event it wouldn't, thank you :)
