From where did you download? What did you download (=filename)?

From the Libre website and the file name was LibreOffice_4.2.4_Win_x86.msi
I’m just now realizing this is not an .exe file. I’m not familiar with .msi files

Hello, I’ve tried several times deleting the previous download and I’m still receiving the Microsoft Installer fails to install…verify with vendor. I’m using Windows 10 platform, on an assembled system. Lots of storage and speed. LibreOffice 7

.msi files of LO have installed correctly for me in Windows.
