I have downloaded SmART Gallery, and although I thought I installed it, I can’t see it on the “INSERT” drop-down list as instructed on your website.
Could you please give me rather step-by-step instructions on how to install it correctly and actually enable the SmART Gallery Toolbar?

SmART Gallery works perfectly using LibreOffice 4.2.4 under Windows XP.
The “SmART gallery” button shows up in the Insert menu (third from the bottom) as expected.
You just need to download the oxt file from LibreOffice Extensions (http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/smart) and then click on Tools > Extensions > Add…, select the extension, install and close Extension Manager.
The “SmART gallery” button should now show under the word File (to the left of the Standard toolbar) and the Insert menu item should be there as well.
