What exactly are you doing to open your LibO files? Did you once shut down your PC and re-started it?
“No LibreOffice files will open” or “LibreOffice will not open”? One means that when you click on an existing document it fails, which could be related to file associations. The other means that when you open LibreOffice directly it fails, which could be related to a damaged shortcut or installation.
