Looking for a ppa to get always the newest stable version automatically.

There are PPA’s, yes. (See https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa)
But they do not jump for example from 4.1.6 to 4.2.4 or so. They only stay up to date in 1 minor release (4.1 branch, 4.2 branch, …) until end of life. Then you should jump to another PPA.
There are some debates to have ‘stable’ and ‘frech’ line. Not sure if and when they will be released.
