Missing LO icon after update

After upgrading LO from 4.2 to 4.3.0.4 the LO mai incon is missing (S.O. - Windows 7 Pro 64bit)

Reinstalling the software don’t solve the problem.

Manually selecting the LO icon the problem remains.

LO works perfectly.

Any idea?
