Version 4.3.1

As far as I saw in the Release Schedule, version 4.3.1 should have been already launched. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/4.3

In the download section the only available version is 4.3.1.1 (RC1). In the nightly builds there is RC2.

What are the news regarding this topic?

I got 4.3.1.2 for Linux Mint via PPA this evening.
