When I start download LibO_3.5.5_Win_x86_install_multi.msi the system ( I use Chrome browser) downloads 206 MB of it and then stops with message : Unsufficient permission. Thus I cannot install LO 3.5.5.

Try to download the msi with a better browser, firefox for example. Don't select to immediately install the msi, but just download it and start the installation afterwards from the Windows Explorer. Don't forget to use administrative rights for installing LO.

Maybe you need to do the install with an user with administration rights.

I have had such problem mainly with Google Chrome now, but for only portable LOO.Somehow helped changing of directory where to download is placed, as well as change of mirror.
