I laid out my text and graphics—but now want to add in an additional page. When I added the page and also a manual break, the graphics did not stay in their position with the text. What can I do to insert a page and also keep the layout of the subsequent text and graphics in order?
Theoretically, if I add a blank page and manual break, I do not understand why the layout of any subsequent content would change.
How have you anchored the images, to the page, as a paragraph, to or as a character? And what settings do you have for wrapping the text around the images. In my experience, when the image is anchored to a page it will stay on that page. So an image on page 3 will stay on page three. If you then insert a page break the image will not move to the next page. To keep the image in the right place for you you may find anchoring as a character or to a paragraph will help keep the text and image together.
Click on the image to activate it and then right click to explore or change the settings. Hope this helps Peter
