Make numbered heading levels without indenting

I have two heading styles called heading1, heading2. They respectively have 1,2 outline levels. And I have set a numbering style to show heading numbers.

I want to to make the headings like blow:

1. Heading1

1.1 Heading2

But to get sublevel numbers in heading to I have to right indent the heading2 like:

1. Heading1

   1.1 Heading2

If I dont indent it looks like:

1. Heading1

2. Heading2

Any fix for this? What am I doing wrong?
