If “put in applications” means you installed it than click on the white LibO icon and it runs. You also can move this icon into the dock.
If you have not installed it, please install it and read the first paragraph again.
Thanks. Later question (suggestion, really) explains. Techie users and developers don’t understand that things may need to be very explicit. Don’t assume anybody knows anything. That green-header thing is relying on an arrow to say “Drag this” (arrow) “To this”. Why not just say that?
