How to raise up a image sent to the background in calc?

I put a picture in the background and now I don’t know how to move it or delete it.

The “accepted” solution does not work.

In the bottom left corner choose the selection tool (from the drawing toolbar), which is like the mouse cursor. When you click on this icon you will be able to select your graphic and bring it to front.

If your image is a picture (not a graphic) you can hit f5 and choose it under the images tag.
