Is there any way to embed a plain text file into a writer document, rather than inserting it? That is, make it so that if an external text file is changed, the writer document will be updated to reflect the changes in the text file?
I think you can do it with a section linked to an external file Menu/Insert/Section,
updating through Menu/Tools/Update/Links or Menu/Edit/Links/update.
Also, each time the ODT is opened it will prompt to update the linked data.
