Space under image caption [writer Version: 4.3.2.2]

Hello,

I inserted an image to a document and would like add a bit of space under the image caption using styles, i.e. so all images in the document have the same look. Is that possible to do, and if so, can anyone give a hint what to adjust?

The image below illustrates what I’m after

Thanks

John

  • Select the caption frame - not the image inside
  • Right click on the caption frame
  • Select: Frame > tab: Wrap > Spacing (left bottom) > increase bottom spacing-

Thanks, do you know how to remove the space above the image as shown below? The setting for the Top Spacing in the frame is already set to zero.

I did not find a setting to reduce the space you indicated to 0. However, you can move the object inside the caption frame up until the space disappears. I recommend to use alt+arrow up to have a smooth movement of the object inside the caption frame
