After I have downloaded Libreoffice will I be able to use basic word processing, database, maths. Of course, I understand that if I want to email letters or invoices I will need to go on line. But is it necessary to be online just for the basics ?
You can work offline. The only thing is to download the offline Help system from the website. If it is not installed and you ask for help LO tries to go online.
