Libre Office crashes after update from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4

Hello.

I run a Windows 8.1 Toshiba with Java version 8 update 25.

I updated my LibreOffice from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4, and it now it fails to load.
I am getting this error message:

Fatal error.
The program cannot be started.
The service manager is not available.
("invalidregistryexception:file:///C:/program%20files%20(x86)/libreoffice%204/program/services/services.rdb: duplicate ").

I have tried: repair instillations, and uninstalling and re-installing, and removing and installing 4.3.3.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.

Did you also remove (rename) the LibO application data folder when uninstalling LibO?

If above is not the solution, please inform in detail on all the steps you did. How did you all steps and what was the result of each step.
