Suppose first page contains:

INTROUDUCTION**
Second page contains:
**CHAPTER 2
MANAGEMENT **
Now I want to add chapter name i.e INTRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT in header of their respective page automatically.
How can I do this for all chapters ?

this applies basically to you as well.
Your “Chapter title” is formatted in the “heading 1” style. If you want to use sub-chapter you can use heading style 2, 3,…
This means format chapter 1 “INTRODUCTION” and chapter 2 “MANAGEMENT” with heading style 1 and add into each chapter header the reference (ctrl+F2) to the heading (= your chapter title).
This all works perfectly fine; I tested it.
