How can I get access to change the orphan control and widow control settings. In the format Paragraph text flow tab the orphan control and widow control check boxes are grayed out and not accessible.
How did you open which paragraph formating window. Please explain in details. Best is to add a screenshot.

This problem has gone away. When I open new documents, the orphan and widow controls are not grayed out.
I have not been able to duplicate the problem again. I have been working with so many documents I am not sure which one had this problem or if more than one did.
