I don’t know what you are asking me for. I stated my problem. I can not print my spreadsheet because the setting to my file name states Read Only how do I get it off so I can print.
@margie - Please allow me to say that I don’t understand what you mean with "I don’t know what you are asking me for. " If questions are asked someone needs to know more to be able to help you.
As for your problem that you cannot print it out because it is “read only”, I made a test, created a Calc file, saved it with “read-only”, opened it and printed it without any problem. This is what I expect because it is “read-only”. “read-only” allows all but not editing of the Calc file.
So, now I would need to ask questions to find out what the real problem is.
As I don’t know anything about your PC I can only recommend to
open LibO > Help > Find > enter “security” in the search window > Enter > select the 2 topics about security and one describes how to remove “read-only”
