Calc 4.2.7.2 , Czech lanquage AutoCorrec wrong number format

Hello, I have a problem with LibreOffice Calc 4.2.7.2
I have an external data source table with numbers. The numbers begin with '. With the data can not work for the census and others. Please advice about how to transfer the entire group of cells number.

1. Conversion “in situ” for one range of a column at a time: > ‘Data’ > ‘Text to Columns…’

Click the column header and accept standard, or select from the dropdown what better meets your needs.

2. Conversion by formulae: Use VALUE() .

If your calculations are not too complex, you might even use the imported TextCodedNumbers directly with the help of VALUE() inside of your formulae.

According to these instructions, I failed. In the Czech language version, I can not find it. But I solved it by using the formula used to a whole new column.
