Feature Req: Link Defaults (_blank)

This is the only thing that keeps me using MS W*ord…

In W*rd, slecting a target for links, such as “_blank”, I have a checkbox to make it the global default for all hyperlinks.

It would be nice if there was a “set this as the default for all links” checkbox. And, unlike W*rd, it would be supercool if that box was checked by default.

And, it would be even awesomerer if I could make a hyperlink without even using the mouse… highlight, Ctrl+K, Ctrl+V, Enter… the URL is pasted, already target="_blank", I never touched the mouse.
