What is this and how to remove it (Excel document)?

Not sure if this is watermark or not, cant find any graphics or background images in the file settings.
Doesn’t show up in MS Excel but shows up in Libre Office.
Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

This is a special mode of view

Just set the normal view of the sheet.
