Is the portable version a full version of whats on it?

The portable version seems to have left out ‘Formula’. Is that the only difference? Also, are the others a full version? Will I get the same thing as the full download if I leave out Formula?

I think is a full version, and in my portable 3.5.5.3 all is there.
