I am using Writer 4.3 on a Mac. Certain of the footnotes in my document do not appear in a ‘save as PDF.’ They may have been tagged when I imported the document into LO with a blue comment that read ‘no author attribution’. I could find no explanation for the comments and in frustration deleted them. Why do certain footnotes elude the transformation to PDF format?
From which format did you import into Writer?
Please describe in detail what you did to import the file and when you saved as pdf.
