How to setup Regional Parameters on Calc?

I setup Libreoffice on Windows XP and need regional parameters to be:
Decimal separator: dot
Thousand separator: space
System: Metric
Week: Monday to Sunday
Dates: dd.MM.yyyy
In MS Office I had zero problem because it used those parameters from Windows Control Panel’s Language and Regional standart’s panel, but I have no idea how to force LibreOffice use or setup the parameters above.
Can anyone help?

My instinct is to say get rid of XP ASAP, it is no longer supported and you are EXTREMELY VULNERABLE to all sorts of really nasty stuff. You would be much better off with a good, up to date and supported version of Linux. If you install Linux on your computer it is likely to come with LibreOffice. (i.e. Linux MInt, Ubuntu, Suse, Fedora etc…). There is no need for virus protection and you will soon realise that you really don’t need all the problems that come with Windows.

I’m with you on the DD/MM/YY date format, it seems strange that the only country that uses the totally illogical MM/DD/YY format seems to dominate the default computer settings.

Try the following in LibreOffice Calc (or Writer) go to Tools>Options>Language settings>Languages. Here you will be able to set a lot language settings.

I hope that helps.

Pity to say but it is not an answer. First, Language Settings->Languages does not allow me to setup required settings and Second, whatever undrlying environment is, it does not change the Libreoffice’s regional unfriendliness
