I am using Libre office, running Windows 7 pro. Within my documents Hebrew works perfectly - i can type in hebrew, cut and paste in hebrew, etc. However when i try to use the “Find text” function i cannot enter hebrew in the field box. all i get are outlined rectangles. Even if i cut and paste a hebrew word from my document into the Find text field box, it only comes out as rectangles. Is there any way to do a Find text in hebrew? this is very important to me. thanks.
Could you add which version of LibO Writer you are using? Here is my result using Version: 4.4.2.2 (Build ID: 40m0(Build:2)) under Linux Mint 13 LTS Xfce:
And does the find actually work, even though only “boxes” are showing in the Find text box?
